Carol Flynn

Carol Flynn is the President and Founder of HR Solutions, Inc.  Carol is a global expert  with over 30 years in human resource management, leadership assessment and development, organizational development, and talent management. Carol is currently a Faculty Partner with the Office of Executive Education and Leadership at Florida International University.

As a consultant, executive coach and sexual harassment expert witness, Carol provides practical and sound advice to employers facing complex management and supervisory issues including union environments.   Carol has conducted thorough and objective external investigations to help employers make informed people decisions. Carol has worked in industries in the United States and abroad, from aviation to manufacturing, media to telecommunications, healthcare including veterinary medicine,  hospitality to retail, financial to fashion, travel and logistics,  law enforcement and military, and local, state and federal government. 

Carol is a lifetime-certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and has also served as the President of HR Miami, and served on various SHRM National Legislative Subcommittees.  Carol recently served as a member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. 

Carol received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from Florida International University. She went on to receive her Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. Carol has been a featured speaker, commentator and panelist for national, regional and local associations, organizations and publications.
